Made with the same process and recipe as our Classic Pacific Coho Smoked Salmon, but with Organic Atlantic Salmon farmed in the wild waters of Scotland and Ireland.

Our 500 gram package is made from approximately 24 and 28 slices from the middle of the fish. This is half of a fillet. This package size is ideal for appetizers for up to eight people.

Please note that this product is MADE TO ORDER and requires a 1 week lead time so that we can receive, cure, smoke and package it just for you.  This will affect the date that you are able to pick up or have your order delivered, including all of the items in your cart by 1 week.
