Made with the same process and recipe as our Classic Pacific Coho Smoked Salmon, but with Organic Atlantic Salmon farmed in the wild waters of Scotland and Ireland.

Our 150 gram package is made with approximately 6 to 8 slices from the tapered-end of the fish. It is a perfect size as a picnic for two. 150 grams is also a good quantity for including in recipes.

Please note that this product is MADE TO ORDER and requires a 1 week lead time so that we can receive, cure, smoke and package it just for you.  This will affect the date that you are able to pick up or have your order delivered, including all of the items in your cart by 1 week.
