Roasted Asparagus with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- asparagus
- salt
- lemon juice
- mayonnaise
- garlic
- chives
Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly oil the asparagus then toss with some salt and lemon juice.
- Roast the asparagus for 10 minues.
- While that's baking, finely chop the salmon and fold it into some mayonnaise. Add pureed garlic and some lemon juice.
- When the asparagus are done, put two together, wrap with Kristapsons smoked salmon and tie the bundle together with a chive.
