Smoked Salmon on Scrambled Eggs with Boursin Toast

Ingredients
- Herb & Garlic Boursin (or a flavour of your choice)
- bread
- eggs
- milk
- chives
- salt & pepper
Method
- Toast the bread and spread on the Boursin
- Scramble the eggs with milk, salt and pepper, then remove from heat and fold in the chives and smoked salmon bits
- Serve with fresh fruit
