Ingredients

  • Herb & Garlic Boursin (or a flavour of your choice)
  • bread
  • eggs
  • milk
  • chives
  • salt & pepper

Method

  1. Toast the bread and spread on the Boursin
  2. Scramble the eggs with milk, salt and pepper, then remove from heat and fold in the chives and smoked salmon bits
  3. Serve with fresh fruit
